I feel like I’m out just out of it.

I catch myself not knowing what to say in a conversation. I catch myself gazing into nothing, not paying attention to my surroundings. I look, but I don’t see. I can hear, but I don’t listen. I’m there, but no one sees me. I’m just in my own little world, carefully dissecting each & every little flaw in my life. I space out sometimes, unable to keep up with the reality around me.
